1. DELIVERY METHOD
   All products sold on ALBAROQUES are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped. Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive immediate access to your purchased digital products.
2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
   Digital products are typically delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 minutes depending on payment verification or technical issues. If you do not receive your product within 1 hour of purchase, please contact us at contact@albaroques.com.
3. ACCESS METHOD
   Products are delivered via:

• Secure download links sent to your provided email address
• Access through your ALBAROQUES account dashboard (if applicable)
• Direct PDF download where applicable

1. FILE FORMATS
   Our design guides and digital products are provided in PDF format. File specifications are listed on each product page. It is your responsibility to ensure your device and software can open PDF files before purchase.
2. DOWNLOAD LIMITS
   Each purchase includes up to 5 download attempts to ensure you can access your files. If you need additional downloads, contact contact@albaroques.com with your order details.
3. LOST ACCESS
   If you lose access to your purchased files, please contact contact@albaroques.com with your order details. We maintain records of all transactions and will assist in restoring your access.
4. PRINTING
   You may print our digital guides for personal use. However, resale of printed copies or distribution of digital files is prohibited under our Personal-Use License.
5. PAYMENT PROCESSING
   All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processor. You will receive a receipt confirming your purchase.
