  1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
    Due to the nature of digital products, ALBAROQUES generally does not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur.
  2. REFUND CONDITIONS
    You may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
  • The PDF file is corrupted, defective, or otherwise unusable
  • The product description was materially misleading or inaccurate
  • You accidentally purchased the same product twice
  • The product was never delivered or accessible despite successful payment
  1. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
    Refunds will NOT be granted for:
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to read the product description or file format requirements
  • Incompatibility with your device or PDF reader (unless the file is defective)
  • Dissatisfaction with color accuracy on screen (our guides explicitly state that digital HEX values are for mood boards only and physical samples should always be verified)
  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago
  1. REFUND PROCESS
    To request a refund, contact contact@albaroques.com with:
  • Your order ID
  • The email address used for purchase
  • Detailed reason for the refund request
  • Screenshots of any errors (if applicable)

Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  1. CHARGEBACKS
    Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate termination of your account and blacklisting from future purchases. We strongly encourage contacting contact@albaroques.com before disputing charges.
  2. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
    ALBAROQUES reserves the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases of fraud, technical failures on our end, or other exceptional situations not covered above.
  3. EU CONSUMERS
    If you are an EU consumer, you acknowledge that by purchasing and downloading/accessing digital content, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law, as digital content is immediately fulfilled upon purchase.
