  1. GRANT OF LICENSE
    Upon purchase, ALBAROQUES grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to use the purchased digital product (“Product”) subject to the terms below.
  2. PERMITTED USES
    You MAY:
  • Use the Product for personal home design and renovation projects
  • Use the Product for client projects (if you are an interior designer, contractor, or architect), provided the end deliverable is not a competing design guide or digital resource
  • Print the Product for personal reference and on-site use
  • Reference the color codes, HEX values, and specifications in your own project documentation
  • Modify or annotate printed copies for your own use
  1. PROHIBITED USES
    You MAY NOT:
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product in its original or modified form
  • Share the Product files publicly or privately with third parties, including via email, cloud storage, or social media
  • Include the Product in any template library, marketplace, or stock resource platform
  • Use the Product to create a competing product, course, or design guide
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the Product
  • Extract and republish individual pages, color palettes, or room specifications as standalone content
  • Use automated tools to scrape, download, or mass-collect Products
  • Remove watermarks, copyright notices, or branding from the Product
  1. CLIENT WORK EXCEPTION
    If you use the Product in client work, you may reference the color specifications and recommendations in your project plans, but you may NOT provide the original PDF files, complete guides, or substantial excerpts to your client. Your client does not receive a license to reuse the Product independently.
  2. MODIFICATIONS
    You may annotate or mark up the Product for your own use. Modified versions remain subject to this license. You may not distribute modified versions as new products.
  3. OWNERSHIP
    All intellectual property rights in the Product remain the exclusive property of ALBAROQUES or its licensors. This license does not transfer ownership of any kind. All photography, color analysis, room specifications, and written content are protected by copyright.
  4. TERMINATION
    This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Product.
  5. NO WARRANTY
    The Product is provided “as is” without warranties. ALBAROQUES is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Product. Digital HEX values are for mood boards and on-screen planning only; always approve physical Sherwin-Williams samples in the finished space.
  6. GOVERNING LAW
    This license is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.
